We are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty covering original manufacturer’s mechanical defects and material blemishes.

Warranty Coverage:

• Lifetime warranty on manufacturer-related mechanical and material defects.

• 2-year warranty on all fabric materials.

• 4-year warranty on motorization components (including motors and controls).

• 10-year warranty on operating mechanisms.

Conditions and Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover damages resulting from physical abuse, normal wear and tear, fading, or discolouration due to environmental exposure.

• Any imperfections must be reported within 5 days of installation.

• Manufacturer-related defects must be clearly visible from a distance of 5 feet or less under normal lighting conditions.

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Warranty claims are subject to verification and must meet the outlined conditions to qualify for service or replacement.

Important to Know:

• Damage caused by pets or other animals—including chewing, scratching, or other destruction of shades or shutters—is not covered under this warranty.
